Dear Incoming Grade 6 Parents/Guardians,


Welcome to Sudbrook Magnet Middle School! We look forward to getting to know your child and providing them with unique learning experiences found only at our school. 


In order to prepare for the 2020 – 2021 school year, staff at SMMS are currently planning your child’s schedule. While your child’s Magnet course was assigned through the lottery, your child may also have an opportunity to choose an additional elective course.

Important: Courses are available until available seats are filled. While enrollment in a course cannot be guaranteed, submitting this registration form as soon as possible is highly recommended.


This form is due no later than Monday, May 4, 2020. Students whose registration forms have not been received by this date will be placed in available open courses to complete their schedule.
