Ms. Hirschbine welcome you to ESOL! Sudbrook’s diverse English language learner population encompasses five different continents and represents several different home languages including Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, Spanish, Urdu, Yoruba, and other native languages. Students in the ESOL program take leveled classes and mainstream content classes in order to further improve their English skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Through engaging student centered lessons, which align to the Common Core Curriculum, students will obtain English proficiency in their pursuit to be college and career ready and compete on a global scale.
