Dear Parents & Guardians,

It is hard to believe, but another school year is well underway. We are looking forward to working at Sudbrook Magnet Middle School this year as we will meet once again some familiar faces as well as some new ones. We would like to share some of the programs the Counseling Department has to offer. Each year individual and small group services are available for all students, as well as classroom guidance. These services promote personal and social growth, which, in turn, raise academic standards.

We look forward to an exciting year working with students, teachers, and parents. Please feel free to call or email if we may be of any assistance to you or your child.  Your support and encouragement are greatly appreciated

How Students Meet with their School Counselor

Students may contact their school counselor on Schoology, scan a QR code or receive a pass from their teacher to visit the school counseling office. If the school counselor is not available, they may complete the school counselor request form and leave it with Ms. Stewart in the school counseling office. The school counselor will contact the student to set up another time to meet.

Parents/Guardians, Teachers, and Administrators may refer students to see a counselor. Please feel free to email the student’s grade level counselor with any concerns that you may have.
